During these times of rapid change and uncertainty, I believe it is important to reach out to you and reassure you that we will continue to provide the full support and service that you have come to expect from Teletrac Navman.

To adhere to the recommendations of our local and national governments and WHO we have taken measures to allow many of our employees to work from home. Because the safety of our employees is equally important to us as providing the highest level of customer support for you, we have equipped everyone with all the tools necessary to maintain the level of support required for you to run your business. You can rely on us.

Our teams will continue supporting you throughout the times ahead, in particular we are focused on being able to respond to any issues your company may face as well as support your day to day operations.

In this unfortunate situation I’m aware that many of our customers are negatively impacted in several ways such as a decrease in available personnel coupled with an increased demand for goods and services. I can assure you that Teletrac Navman has taken the necessary measures to remain a valuable resource of support and assistance during this time. We understand your challenges.
