RJV is a Perth-based civil construction and infrastructure company with over 70 years of experience delivering complex projects across Western Australia. Serving both public and private sector clients, RJV operates across four core divisions: civil infrastructure, mining services, urban renewal, and marine infrastructure. The business provides large-scale earthworks, demolition, infrastructure delivery, and marine-based development.
As the company scaled, its fleet has expanded to more than 350 mobile assets, including a mix of light vehicles, trucks, heavy machinery, and specialised civil construction equipment. The team identified operational gaps in the business’s ability to track utilisation, manage idle time, monitor fuel use, and preventing downtime through effective maintenance. To meet its operational goals, RJV implemented the Teletrac Navman TN360 fleet management solution, selecting it for its advanced capabilities in safety, compliance, and asset visibility. The platform was integrated across RJV’s growing fleet, providing a centralised system to monitor and manage vehicle usage, location data, and maintenance activity in real time.
TN360’s features, including geofencing, automated reporting, and integration with existing maintenance systems, allowing RJV to move from reactive to predictive fleet management.
